Project:

Whitehouse Graduate Project

As my signature project at the Whitehouse Institute of Design, I undertook the task of conceptualising and executing a comprehensive campaign for the renowned brand, Louis Vuitton. This endeavour encompassed the intricate process of selecting a thematic concept and associated collection, formulating a strategic marketing strategy spanning social media, digital platforms and print media, as well as crafting innovative product and store design concepts.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

In my exploration of this project, I delved deeply into the realm of alternative spirituality, with a specific focus on fortune telling & tarot reading. These facets of alternative spirituality served as the central wellspring of inspiration, with their imagery and symbolism intricately woven into the fabric of my design concept.

For the campaign, I drew inspiration to create a bespoke Louis Vuitton tarot deck, which would be offered as a gift with purchase. I envisioned the presence of an in-store tarot reader to guide customers in selecting their ideal bag based on personalised readings.

MAISON CHAMPS Elysées, France

The collection is inspired by Belle Epoque and Art Noveau, what better place to celebrate than in Paris itself. Throughout researching Louis Vuitton and recent campaigns, I have found that they put a lot of focus on their store designs and visual merchandising. This is to engage their audience and create a memorable experience for their customer. People around the world visit this store to have this kind of special experience. The re-design of Maison Champs - Élysées was inspired by my original collage for this concept, which then became the Judgement card. Its strong contrast of bold colours against black and white creates a powerful image.

SOCIAL MEDIA

I undertook several fashion and product shoots to gain content for Louis Vuitton's social media platforms. The website showcases the new 2020 ready-to-wear collection. Instagram follows more of the concept of the campaign, a teaser of what’s to come.
