Blisspot, is a health and wellbeing startup business, that offers online support and tools for self-care, stress, emotional support, sleep, parenting, relationships, nutrition and fitness. Blisspot wanted to re-fresh their design and explore possible pain points throughout the site. They also wanted to achieve SSO of their social engine, blog platform and course platform.


LOGO DESIGN

A USERS PERSONAL PLAYGROUND

A user’s personal wellbeing playground. I strategised and user tested to create the ultimate user dashboard for users to set goals, journal, create inspiring vision boards, take courses, Q&A platform, recommend blogs and track progress. This is where users discover support and personalise their well-being progress.

A NEW COURSE PROGRAM

Undertook testing to the course platform and user tested competitors’ course platforms to create the best experience possible for Blisspot customers. In our discovery, we found that course covers played a huge role in how users decide on which courses they like. Vibrant colours with the faces of coaches on the cover are the most popular. We also found that users liked to scroll through courses based on category, so we set up category-specific pages.

AUTHOR & COURSE BRANDING

Onboarded over 100 new instructors who would require unique branding. Created product shots, course covers, course assets, launch emails and launch social media assets.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Daily inspiration, new course information, tips from our coaches, and wellbeing seminars are just a few content pillars we set up for the Blisspot Instagram.
